From 25 to 27 April 2023, the 29th edition of Seafood<\/a> Expo Global took place in Barcelona, the largest edition ever held in the history of the world’s best seafood fair. The event brought together 2,078 exhibiting companies from 87 countries and 68 pavilions spread over 49,339 square meters of exhibition space at the Fira Barcelona.<\/p>\n

FRIME was present at stand 3A201, exhibiting its wide range of tuna products, including its new range KOLDFIN DELIGHTS<\/a>, healthy and delicious products, ready to cook, which we had the pleasure to present, after many months of work and research from our R&D Department.<\/p>\n

We also presented ROUNDTUNA<\/a>, which is our new brand designed to offer a new solution to our customers in the hotel and catering sector. It is a new range of tuna-based products, aimed at achieving greater profitability, an innovative range that applies a circular economy model, in order to take advantage of almost 100% of the raw material.<\/p>\n

Succeeding at Seafood Expo Global 2023<\/h3>\n

Seafood Expo Global 2023 was three days of interesting meetings, lots of innovation, quality products and new projects. In addition, we had the collaboration of our chefs, who gave a taste of more than 1,800 hamburgers and around 50 kg of tuna.<\/p>\n

The Seafood Expo Global is recognized as one of the most important fairs in the fish and seafood sector worldwide. It is a meeting place for professionals, experts, and companies in the sector, providing a platform to showcase the latest trends, innovations, and products related to seafood.<\/p>\n

With more than 40 years of experience, FRIME<\/a> continues its positive trajectory surrounded by professionals in the sector, reaffirming its position as the European leader in MSC Yellowfin tuna and its commitment, both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n
