Our internal laboratory
We perform more than 20,000 histamine determinations per year using an AOAC-accredited method.
We participate every year in intercomparative tests that guarantee the reliability and speed of the results allowing us to monitor our products before they are dispatched.
We have state-of-the-art verification tools, such as X-rays or artificial vision, which ensure the absence of physical hazards and the reliability of the labelling of our products.

From our R&D department we study new approaches to maintain our policy of continuous improvement. At FRIME we use the most advanced technology and handle almost all technological processes existing in the sector.
